Returns
- Eligibility: All Items bought in the past 30 days, except during Christmas. Extended refund/exchange dates from Nov 1 - Dec 24. Purchases in this period can be returned by Jan 15. Permanent Jewelry follows a specific return policy. It's guaranteed for 7 days after installation due to its custom nature. We promise to address any installation issues, but refunds are not available for the jewelry itself.
- Non-Returnable Items: Permanent Jewelry is not returnable. Additionally, previously worn merchandise. Not in brand-new condition, items missing sales tags

- Shipping: Even though we offer free shipping for all orders over $50.00, customers are responsible for refund/exchange expenses.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within [7-14] business days after we receive your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
